How much does the cleanbird system cost?
The costs for the installation of the hardware will be determined individually by cleanbird and depend mainly on the number of areas as well as on the room structure of the building. The operating costs are related to the intended savings. Let us make you an offer – you will be surprised!
How is it possible to achieve savings up to 35% using the cleanbird system?
On average employees spend between 25% and 30% of their working time outside their offices. cleanbird identifies these absences and takes them into consideration in the creation of cleaning schedules. In doing so, the offices of employees that are on holiday will be cleaned less or not at all. These “free” areas are not being contaminated.

Which data will be collected through the frequency measurement? cleanbird solely tracks the usage intensity of the areas and therefore it deliberately does not collect personal data.
Can I as a client have a look at the cleaning schedules?
Yes of course! Our clients have access to the cleanbird As a client it is possible to have a look at the cleaning schedules, actively participate in the planning process and also individually adapt the cleaning types per room.
What happens if I want to change the cleaning company? cleanbird can be applied in cooperation with any cleaning company.
How does the actualization of the software take place? cleanbird always offers its clients the latest version of its software. Costs for updates? This simply does not exist at cleanbird! All actualizations are continuously carried out by cleanbird without any additional costs.
How does hardware maintenance take place? cleanbird will conduct hardware maintenance at least once a year. If needed, we will also change the batteries in the course of the maintenance process.
At what building size does the application of cleanbird pay off?
In order to be able to achieve significant cost savings, cleanbird recommends the application of the system in buildings with a size of approximately 10.000 m² and more.
How does the installation of the sensors take place?
NO chiseling/NO opening of walls, NO cable laying, NO disturbances at the workplace and NO contamination. cleanbird is based on a wireless technology, which does NOT require the integration into the client’s local IT systems. cleanbird only requires a connection to the client’s power supply for the radio receivers, where the measured data is being processed. Usually the installation process of the cleanbird system takes 14 days.
What happens if the system breaks down?
If there is a system breakdown due to technical reasons, cleanbird calculates the cleaning schedules based on historical data (hard copy).
How does cleanbird document the performance of cleaning staff? cleanbird measures the cleaning times needed for the areas to be cleaned; optionally cleanbird can also offer spatial performance recording.
How does the Order-Tool (Ordering system) work? cleanbird offers 3 options: ordering cleaning services via application, telephone system or ordering button. When the order is placed the room will be taken into consideration in the creation of cleaning schedules.
Also rooms that are not used get dirty. How does cleanbird take action? cleanbird takes also this fact into account in the creation of cleaning schedules. Even if a room is not used in a longer period of time, the cleanbirdsystem automatically plans a basic hygiene from time to time.
How do weather conditions influence the creation of cleaning schedules? cleanbird consistently fetches weather data and calculates additional cleaning time for specific areas, i.e. frequently used places like entrance areas, in the case of bad weather.
